To produce your poster we use Canon iPF8400, Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-40S and a smaller Canon ImagePROGRAF 2000 Professional Photo Quality inkjet printers.We offer help and assistance in producing your poster, however please note, this is a bureau service and although we always check and anticipate for formatting errors, sometimes it is not possible to amend certain errors found.See payment options below for further information.Posters are generally charged to your department, please check that this will be the case and ensure you have details of the person authorising IDT payment before submitting your poster.

Please supply a high quality PDF along with your original file.If you require your print to be laminated then you should always allow 4 working days for production.In peak times we may need to allow up to 4 working days to print and laminate from correctly formatted files.For printing your poster, where possible we always try to complete the work in 2 working days, however please allow as much time as possible.All card payments will be charged VAT at the current 20% rate.UCL staff are advised that they cannot reclaim the costs through the expense system if they pay via credit or debit card. All prices are based on internal payment by eIDT.All posters are supplied in an appropriate sized cardboard tube or carrier bag for safe storage and transportation.
